Public visitors may explore FamilyBridge without creating an account. If you choose to save progress, FamilyBridge may store the information you submit together with relevant site activity so your saved checkup can be associated with you.

Plan B referral model

Saving a checkup does not automatically request contact from a licensed producer. If you separately request a licensed-producer review, FamilyBridge may route the contact information and context you supplied to the producer or producers identified to you at the point of consent.

During this pilot, FamilyBridge does not sell your lead or contact information to unrelated third parties.

Information we may collect

Contact details you submit, calculator or learning activity, pages used, campaign attribution parameters, producer-review requests, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide requested educational tools, save progress, respond to your requests, improve the experience, measure campaign performance, and route a producer-review request when you have explicitly asked for one.

Your choices

You can use the public educational experience without signing up. You can save progress without requesting a producer conversation. Where contact permission is requested, you may decline or later opt out of follow-up communications.

Pilot notice: before handling confidential client records at scale, FamilyBridge will move client data and authentication to approved production storage with appropriate access controls and retention practices. Final privacy and consent language remains subject to compliance review.
